Leadership plays an important role in the healthcare administration as it helps to appreciate and understand the basic and complex characteristic of the health and social care sector. According to Best et al., (2012), there is a multi-disciplinary programme, which creates a perfect learning environment for promoting a complete synergy within the existing leaders of healthcare administration. The leadership skills in healthcare involve experiential and theoretical opportunities with the proper equipments of regional leaders of health care. Common trends in health care administrative leadership There are constant transformation in the healthcare industries and the leadership skills and knowledge help to increase the operations and activities of the health and social care sectors in appropriate manner. The marketplace, the constant increments in the complexity of healthcare profession and the certain challenges suggests that there are requirements of leadership skills and knowledge in order to deal with the encountered challenges.
